when breaking item in adventuremode with specific item leaves breaking state.

for example.
1: /give @p glass_bottle 1 0 {CanDestroy:["cauldron"]}
2: /gamemode 2
3: /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:cauldron
4: start breaking the cauldron with the bottle keep the left button pressed.
5: now while keeping the button pressed. press Q to throw it on the ground.
6: you see that the breaking texture pauses at the state you threw the bottle out
7: if you now pick it back up (still holding the left mouse button) it will resume breaking!
8: if you now move your selected slot (mousewheel up or down.) (still keeping your left mouse button pressed)
9: it pauses the breaking again and resumes when reselecting the bottle!!!!!

10: fix the bug please!
