[MC-53528] Endermite and Silverfish doesnt deal damage to you when it attacks your upper part body

Endermite could not damage you when you stand one block below them

How to reproduce;
1. stand in a 1x1x1 hole
2. spawn 1 or 2 endermite around you

Try only spawn one or two endermite, it only can damage you when it is being push by other endermite.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?

This was fixed in some 1.10 snapshot.
