The player falls through snow layers when placed

When standing on a snow layer and placing another one down on top, you fall through all of the layers; down to ground level.

To recreate:

1. Stand on a snow layer
2. Look down and place another one
3. Jump to get on the top
4. Look down and place another one
5. Notice how the player falls to ground level
6. Repeat steps 3-5 to increase fall distance
