/setblock not working

/setblock is not working in command block. You have to type in the whole line for it to work, including the data tag. There is an error in the command block that says, "The number you have entered (-806.0) is too big. It must be at most -848". Command block input : /setblock ~ ~1 ~ minecraft:redstone_block 0 destroy
