I loaded my (epic) mob arena map created in snapshot 14w11b in 1.6.4 for testing, in every try to load it Minecraft crashes. I opened it in 14w11b and the spawn chunk was simply gone.
The mob arena had command blocks and a mob spawner with multiple spawning options.
Please fix, I must rebuild the whole spawn again :3
*note: this bug effects 1.6.4. I wrote 14w11b in "affected versions" because 1.6 - 1.6.4 wasn't an option.

Features that get added in newer versions of the game aren't present in older versions, that's why you shouldn't open snapshot worlds in older versions of Minecraft, because it'll break everything that hasn't been added yet. Also Bugs don't get fixed for older versions, they get fixed for the latest version.

A) 1.6.4 is no longer supported, that is why it isn't listed.
B) Moving worlds/maps backwards in versions is not supported. The changes between 1.6.4 and 14w11b are massive and the world is almost certainly now corrupt.
