When hitting a "Block: minecraft:double_plant/2" "Model: flower_grass_bottom" it shows the image of a sunflower.

This only happens when hitting the bottom part of the double-tall grass, not when hitting the top
Confirmed. Breaking any double-tall plant (i.e., double-tall grass, peony, rose bush, lilac, large fern) briefly shows the image of a sunflower.
Doesn't apply to cactus, and only happens when block is broken by punching the lower half.
