OpenGL 2.0 support but Minecraft Crashes

Minecraft crashes (after the new ugly mojang logo) with this log.
I've checked and my graphic card has OpenGL 2.0 support, so it's minecraft fault. (It would be minecraft fault anyway, as good programers will make their programs more efficient over time, not more resource-consuming and brand-new-computer-requiring)

Reopen the issue as isn't solved at all (solved means that I'm able to play minecraft (which i'm not) not that you are going to completely ignore me)

Broken graphics drivers, see MC-14051

I've seen it, but how I fix it? Would I have got better benefit for trowing my money to the thash than buying Minecraft? Even if I manage (with or without your help, seeing what's happening) to solve it, lot of people with a normal, not brand-new-1000+$ computer won't be able to play Minecraft thaks this OpenGL 2.0 shit.

To fix: Just install recent drivers.
Not OpenG is the problem - it's Intel producing faulty drivers ...

I have the most recent drivers installed. I'm not saying that is OpenGL problem, the problem is you making Minecraft consume more resources and require more expensive computers instead of the oposite, which should be logical.

Are you going to fix this minecraft bug or I have to create a new issue because you have marked it as solved when it isn't solved at all (solved means that I'm able to play minecraft not that you are going to completely ignore me (if there was a bug with minecraft purchase page sure you'll fix imediately, but since I've already payed you can perfectly ingnore me as you won't get any more money from me, not?))

You don't get it, did you ?
It's not a matter of the price of the graphics card or embedded chipset, it's a matter of broken drivers. Early drivers provided by Intel are simply buggy.
Why don't you simply go to the Intel site ( http://support.intel.com ), download the suitable drivers for your card and you're done ?
If you cannot find the driver for your card, consult the people of the Minecraft help chat and give them the link to this ticket.

And remember, this site is not a help forum or similar, therefore I've deleted your last comment.

Mojang also clearly "use[s] OpenGL functions properly", because with drivers that implement OpenGL properly – the vast majority of the current ones, put out by teams who are good about producing good drivers – Minecraft runs on those just fine. If they weren't using OpenGL properly, you would know because the bug or crash would occur on nearly every machine.

I've already said that I have the lastest drivers for my card (form http://support.intel.com) so definitely it isn't a driver issue, its a Minecraft issue.
Obviusly the crash doesn't occur in every machine but this issue has 200+ duplicates, so definitely is a common issue.

Latest drivers ?
According to your screenshot your drivers are as of 23-Sep-2009, Windows 7 came out on 22-Oct-2009

It is the driver. It's on Intel to provide a driver that's up to the OpenGL spec. Minecraft is coded to spec, and the 965 chipset isn't to spec. A game can't code its way around a compatibility failure like that. It's a pretty well-documented issue at this point: search around and you'll see people who can't run various programs they thought they could. Unfortunately it looks like there isn't a newer driver for your card. See this Minecraft hopper page if you are up to trying out a community modded driver. It sucks they sold you a chip without a good driver, but that's Intel and they're the only people who can do anything about it.
