The Bug:
Ender dragons can pass through the world border.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set the world border's center to your current position and to fifty blocks wide by using the commands provided below.
/worldborder center ~ ~/worldborder set 50Summon the ender dragon by using the command provided below.
/summon minecraft:ender_dragon ~ ~ ~Wait around thirty seconds and watch the ender dragon closely.
Take note as to whether or not ender dragons can pass through the world border.
Observed Behavior:
Ender dragons can pass through the world border.
Expected Behavior:
Ender dragons would not be able to pass through the world border.

Confirmed in 1.8. Probably related to how the Ender Dragon passes through blocks such as obsidian and bedrock.
Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w47c or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
The same goes for arrows, withers, and wither head projectiles, I don't know if this is a bug, but I believe it is. Just out of curiosity, is the dragon, as well as the border in the End, or Earth?
