When I shoot an arrow at a block it always faces downwards and ussually bounces off of the block and then reataches itself While facing downwards

Happens to my arrows too. Easily replicable by shooting arrows at walls.
I can't seem to replicate this.
Did you try it in creative? Since that's where i got the same thing as OP
Also can't reproduce, tried both creative and survival, multiplayer and singleplayer. Even tried with iron blocks as per screenshot.
It may be somthing to do with the Save you are playing in because A map I just created didn't seem to have this happening.
It seems that i had a very low framerate at the time, due to having a huge renger distance. That's when my arrows acted like that. Can you try with that?
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
