[MC-54789] Feather Falling Dosent work above 10

i have a feather falling boots (diamond) enchanted lvl 24464.

i did that by using /give. In the other updates it wont give me fall damage (it shouldnt give me fall damage) but when i use that, (From Surface To Bedrock) it acts like feather falling 10 only

Im going out on a Limb to say this works as intended. FF at that higher lvl is rediculous and un-needed.

Potion effects and enchantments beyond the "normal" amplifiers may have no / unwanted effects.
Don't use it.
