[MC-54835] Minecraft Bug / Worldboarder

I found out a bug with the worldboarder, so when you go out of the worldboarder and set your damage to 0 and then kill yourself with Enderpearls and respawn into the worldboarder, the Enderpearls you didnt use, are flying in the air.

Hope it get fixed

Intended. Outside the worldborder are barriers, which prevent mobs and items from moving.

Can maybe confirm this for 14w21b but probably caused by MC-56209:

1. Do it like it is said in MC-56209
2. Decrease the worldborder
