Launched Minecraft, the Minecraft Realms menu option appeared. I click it, it says it's available in my country. I go to the URL to try to purchase a realm and it says it's not available in my country. I'm in Australia, this is the first time I've seen the Minecraft Realms menu item.

Because this is an issue with the website or payment processing system, rather than the game (as it appears to correctly show that Realms are available in your country), you should contact customer service.
I don't exactly know about it, but in my knowledge, the Realms should be only available in the Netherlands and North America as of right now.
