I noticed that on the village roof tops, the stairs were a bit shady, I block picked one and noticed that on my hot bar, the texture was wrong, (I realised I was in my other texture pack and I checked my other bugs with the proper minecraft texture and they still occur.

I had somethong like that too, my texure pack was on and the redstone I placed was all weird.
