When breaking the bottom part of Tall grass, a sunflower appears and disapears really fast.

When I broke Tall grass, a sunflower flashed in. This only works when breaking the bottom part of the tall grass. It won't work when breaking the top part of it. I tried it in survival and creative.

When breaking tall grass, only particles should appear.

When breaking the bottom part of tall grass, a sunflower flashes in.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a Tall grass (or spawn one in if in creative).
2. Break the bottom part of the Tall grass.
3. You will see a sunflower flash in and out.

Note: In the picture it may look like im breaking a sunflower, but it is Tall grass.
Note 2: This was tried in a plains biome. I do not know if it works in other biomes.
