If using a Resource Pack,redstone rotates in the wrong position if you place another redstone next to it.

I was trying something with redstone..And I saw redstone rotated in the wrong position:
If 2 redstone are connected, they rotate with the result of 2 parallel wires.
If you create a corner , the corner redstone is perpendicular to the other ones connected.
If you do a square of redstone, it does not appear buggy, but making a lightning-shaped redstone circuit makes something that is half correct, and the other half is wrong.
