[MC-55508] Wither Skeleton can see through Invisiblity Potions

When using an Potion of Invisibility, without any armor, Wither Skeletons are able to see you and will attack you in the Nether, even while Blazes, Ghasts, etc. cannot. Has only been tested with Potion of Invisibility Extended.

The 'duplicate' says that the issue was resolved, yet it's still prevalent in 1.7.9. That issue should be reopened, considering all those issues still persist.

If you looked at the fix version, it was in a 1.8 snapshot. Therefore, the bug has already been fixed for 1.8
