[MC-55566] cant look up

windows 8.1
java Version 7 Update 55
I try to look up but it wont let me unless im in fullscreen mode then its ok

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

I think the main reason for this happening is the mouse going off of minecraft. This is one of the many reasons everyone plays in fullscreen mode.

Please update to 1.7.9 since 1.7.4 is no longer supported.
