when you power 2 pistons which are above the other one (like on the screenshot) so they extend, and then unpower them, they retract both so they are as at the beginning so like this:
P = Piston, S = Redstone-Signal,A = Piston Arm,_=Empty:
__ ---> A_ ---> __
_S ---> PS ---> __
PS ---> AS ---> P_
PS ---> PS ---> P_
how it should be:
__ ---> A_ ---> __
S ---> PS ---> P
PS ---> AS ---> __
PS ---> PS ---> P_

in Minecraft 1.8.2-pre1 it is no longer how it was before, but it is still not 100% correct.
As you can see on the GIF image that I uploaded, the upper piston just doesn't retract.
The upper piston arm just stays in place while the piston bodey is being retracted by the lower piston.
But in fact the naked eye can't see this phenomenon.
In my opinion this can be marked as "fixed" or "resolved", but if somebodey has a different opinion, just tell.
Confirmed for 14w21b
You can see for about 7 ticks a floating piston extention
