floating rails

Works As Intended

Basically when i go to minecraft 1.2.5 and load my rollercoster world i see floating rails and then i go to minecraft 1.7.9 and place redstone blocks under it to power it and it breaks

When you place a block under a floating rail, the rail updates and falls.
