[MC-56156] textures go missing

I login to my minecraft world and all goes fine for the first few seconds but then all solid blocks such as cobblestone & wood go invisible but some blocks such as chests water and lava remain ,often strobing.
I tried to see if it was only on previously generated worlds by generating a new amplified terrain world which went fine for the first 3 minutes or so but then the bug returned...

Very likely duplicate of MC-35881. This is normally resolved by disabling Mipmapping and anisotropic filtering in the game's video settings. For technical support please use the Mojang Support Center.
