Please force a crash whilst on the server by holding F3 + C at the same time for 10 seconds. You can find the crash report in (
[minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]). Please attach it so that we can diagnose your issue.
