Actually this is true that no Command block in inventory. Its no bug
Vandalizing Bug Title
Generic Villagers can only be spawned with /summon or third-party programs. Starting 1.8,
the Generic Villagers are permanently unspawnable. Attempting to create one will result a Farmer Villager.
Try getting wood before Taking Inventory if you obtained the achievement.
This is Classic Flat and sorry I'm not good at telling coordinates. Please set Render Distance to 16, you'll find a village that may spawn with dropped torches on the light post.
