When I was fishing using the Luck of the Sea 3 enchantment, I noticed I never got any item loot (enchanted books, name tags, water lilies, etc.) and I tried fishing using this rod about 30 times- only fish. I tried on other rods, but it still gave the same result: fish and no loot.
Is this a bug, or is my luck really bad?
