It didn't happen until I started using COD modded maps and I know it isn't my computer because I can still run games like Skyrim and Call of Duty with 60 fps.
It loads up in like 5 seconds and freezes the second I click on Multiplayer and if I click it again it goes not responding. I've tried waiting but it stayed on the same screen for 10 minutes until I closed it.
My client isn't modded or anything. It doesn't crash and show a message it just freezes.
And when I opened task manager it shows a couple java things so I think its running still in the background.
I also tried deleting the 1.7.4 in versions folder but now its saying java is still using all the .dll files even when I go into task manager and click end task.
Update : Update: I moved the 1.7.4 folder since I couldn't delete it and it downloaded another and it still freezes.

I dont think ,dll is a java task
maybe reinstall java/Choose to upgrade to java 7?
or else try to chose another minecraft version.
On the attached Mojang.txt you loaded profile 'OptiFine'. I dont know if thats modded.

OptiFine profile is not modded, .dll is a java task and is a task for many games such as Skyrim or Left4Dead2. I do have this exit code: (exit code -805306369) can you look in to it.

I've installed all java versions such as: Java 7 x64 Update: 60. Java 6 x64 Update: 21. Java 6 x32 Update: 21 Java 8 Update: ?. I've deleted all of them and re-installed them still won't work. Before Java 7 was working fine until it said "This application requires Java Runtime 1.6.0"

1.7.4 is outdated on this bug tracker. Please check to see if it occurs in 1.7.9
