Tellraw open_url isn't showing url

I am not sure if nobody was even noticed it or if it is already reported, but I wasn't able to find a report about this so:

1. Put this command

/tellraw @p {text:"https://www.google.com",clickEvent:{action:open_url,value:"https://www.google.com"}}

in a command block and power it

2. Klick on the "https://www.google.com" in the chat

You will notice that you get the question whether you are sure to open this URL, but the actual URL isn't standing there (like it was in earlier Minecraft Versions when you clicked a link somebody wrote in the chat)
