Let me correct that. You are actually playing on 1.7.4, which is outdated. Please check to see if it occurs in 1.7.9

Please attach a complete crash report file for the current version (1.7.9 or 14w21b), if you still experiencing this problem.

I experience this problem only on 1.7-(Latest Snapshot)

1.7, snapshot?? I think you mean 1.7.10 OR latest snapshot of 1.8
1.7 snapshots are no longer supported

Any snapshot above 1.7 snapshot

Look at the crash report NOW Sorry for any inconvenience

Much better.

Your antivirus or firewall software is preventing the client from connecting to the internal server. You'll need to update, configure, or remove whatever program is causing the problem. You can visit the #minecrafthelp channel for further support.

My avast Antivirus/Windows Defender is allowing the app to run. In 1.5.2 and 1.6.4 I can play but not 1.7.2

It's not about whether it's allowing the game to run, it's about whether it's inadvertently blocking communication between the internal parts of the game. Someone in the #minecrafthelp channel should be able to help you figure out why it's doing that, and how to fix it.
