When using 'Replace' in 'Fill' using /execute and running it in a command block it fails and does not work
Example Command
/execute @p ~ ~ ~ fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~-1 ~ ~-1 air 0 replace waterExample error
[18:20:16] Failed to execute 'fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~-1 ~ ~-1 air 0 replace water' as Imad_BushBut if I run the command using chat it works fine.

partly confirmed, torch placed when standing in the water
I found out it has to do with the location of the redstone torch, 2 blocks distance then it works, 1 block distance fails, replacing the redstone torch in the not working situation with a button makes it work as well
this is the situation when it's not working, other situations work fine

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
