I open a lan-world and ask my freind to join and the ip was 0.0.0.0:**** and it said conecting for about 1 minute then refused connection in other versions it worked fine.

What do you mean connection of the lan cable?
The IP shouldn't be 0.0.0.0 I guess... check the connection of the LAN-cable.
