When I was trying to make an arena using Sea Lanterns at around Y-75,
What I expected to happen is the sea lanterns make walls around the arena
What actually happened is that I made the walls 8 high, using /fill, and the ones above Y-80 were invisible and you could see all the way down to grass through a rendering issue.
How to reproduce this bug is make a tower of sea lanterns, and make it up to Y-80 and it has the invisible bug

Also on that last note the sea lantern max is now y-96

Ok I relogged again and it showed the max was 208, so I have no idea What is wrong I thinks it is just a rendering issue

There are much reports about this. Its not the problem of the y level, but when you place a block in an empty chunk, it wont display. https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-57064
When I relogged it showed up, but I dont know what is wrong
