I telepeported to "x=-1000 y=100 z=1000" and the world rendered at first time, inmediatly the screen started to flick and I pressed F3+A to reload the chunks, they didn't loaded anymore and instead appeared that "floor" or something at the horizon

I created a new world and teleported around a dozen or so times, I couldn't get this to happen. F3+A (which I didn't know about before, so thanks for that!) seems to work just fine for me.
