When placing stairs (I tested cobblestone and sandstone stairs) they are only placed in one orientation no matter what direction the player is facing when the stair is placed.

All stairs show up backwards in my inventory as well as only facing one direction no matter how they are placed.

Only type 0 and 4(up side down) are placeable
