I wanted to place a stair, but it got placed the wrong direction. Every stair I place, looks in the same direction!

Repeaters are looking in the opposite direction than they should, and when I try to place a log, the game crashes.

I am getting the same issue, I cannot control the direction that stairs faced when placed.
