Some chunks only load after changing render distance (to anything else or just "Example: Moving it from 6 to 5 then back to 6").
More likely to happen when using big areas in fill command.

I'm sure this has been duplicated, but it's certainly confirmed, If you quit the game and come back it should be OK.
