[MC-57593] Water

Water looks like blue wool and when you use a sponge on it a bunch of weird looks appear on the water

I'm getting a slightly different problem, sponges are fine but non-flowing (no flowing animation on the block) water looks like the circular stone bricks, however it stops when I put on a certain resource pack, but the blocks it affects use the missing texture image.
