What I expected to happen was...:
Water and Lava would look normal.
What actually happened was...:
Water had Sapling textures and lava had Stained Clay textures.
Steps to Reproduce:
No real way to actually trigger the bug.

The "still" water block has a Jungle Sapling texture, and the "flowing" water block has a Birch Sapling texture. The "still" Lava has a Red Stained Clay texture, and the "flowing" Lava block has a Blue Stained Clay texture.
