It's simple. When in a Minecraft game and you have the privilege to use the /tellraw command, Minecraft will crash when a command is run. Here's how it works. If you type /tellraw @a {translate:chat.type.text} it causes the game to crash for everyone in the game. If I was playing with Notch, I could type /tellraw Notch {translate:chat.type.text} to make Notch's game crash, but I would be just fine. I have attached the crash report.
