[MC-57872] Won't render terrain/blocks when creating a world.

Just tried the new snapshot, 14w25b. When creating a world, i can't render terrain and blocks until I hit F3+A. This step should be manual.

I can confirm and or second.I attached photos that are taken in the exact same place, changing the chunk render distance caused the chunk to render.
