[MC-57884] Coarse dirt & Podzol turns to regular dirt after tree grows on it

1. Plant a sapling on coarse dirt, either bonemeal it or wait until it grows.
2. Chop down tree.
3. The coarse dirt has been replaced by regular dirt.

The dirt block below the tree is created when the tree grows / spawns.

Because of this functionality, podzol gets replaced as well when a tree grows on it.
