[MC-58007] When changing gamemode to spectator,the difficulty is set to peaceful

What I expected to happen was I can change my gamemode sucessfully
and enter in a Guardian body!

What actually happened was I changed my gamemode but the Guardian
has disapeared

I've noticed this, too. For some reasons, squids also disappear, even though they're not hostile
