When I am enchanting my picks, shovels, and axes, the enchantments are the same across all three, not just unique to the one item, as shown here: http://imgur.com/a/7WqDW. Is this working as intended, or should enchantments be unique per type of item as I originally thought?

This is working as intended, as those items share the same enchantments. The entchantments were "unrandomized" in the 1.8 snapshots, read on here: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Enchanting#Future
