Slowed tick rate

The ticks take extremely long. First my redstone clock derped. then a button stayed down for 3 seconds instead of 1.

Yeah,very snapshot have less and less fps and more and more lag,this happed in case you have slower computer.

for me too. I have 64 FPS. (also before the snapshot) But the tick rate is ultra slow.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
