When i went to break a painting to replace it somewhere else, it just vanished into the ceiling

cannot confirm, provide screenshots

I just found out that it glitches about 10 blocks through the ceiling (my base is underground) and they land on the ground outside my base. I dont know if this is a known issue but i will be providing screenshots if i can reproduce this.

i tried twice to replicate this, and both times they just went away. I hoped that they would have glitched onto the surface like one had, but they didnt. Im not sure if this is a 14w25b issue or not but this is the first ive seen of it.

I am having this bug in Bedrock where the paintings disappear when I try to break it. Also, sometimes when I try to pick up items or mob drops, the items will disappear too. I didn't have this glitch until the 1.20 update.
