[MC-5852] Minecart sound does not stop after quitting to main manu

The mine-cart noises don't stop when i press "save and quit to title"

What I expected to happen was...:
once i quit the world, the mine-cart noise should stop.

What actually happened was...:
They would not stop, and I had to completely log out to stop them

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a circuit of rails, make sure that there are plenty of powered rails in the on-state on it.
2. put about 5-15 mine-carts on the track and get them going.
3. then when the noise gets annoying, pause and "save and quit to title"

MC-20970 At a friend's server, I rode a minecart down to his house, and when I got out, the minecart was making its sound when it stood! I destroyed it & it kept playing. I then got out of the server & it still kept playing Resolved

For some reason it started working perfectly when i logged back in and opened that world...

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w08a? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Nope, fixed a long time ago in one of the 1.5 snapshots.
