What I expected to happen was...:

At first I tried to open the minecart chest, but it was too far

What actually happened was...:

Instead of opening the chest, it clicked on the rail, and placed a torch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a rail
2. Right click on the rail with a torch
3. You can break the torch and do it again and again
