What I expected to happen was my chests having the items in there I left there.
What actually happened was I found my chests completely empty

I Updated from snapshot 25b to 26A

Cannot reproduce, all inventories I checked are fine (chests, furnaces, hoppers, etc).
I also was using w25b before.
The only way that's possible is downgrading, which is not supported. MC-45009
