[MC-59028] Another /fill bug: replace special BlockData

I am too dumb to delete this so I just write this text:
This is not a bug, u just can't anymore set Blocks with "unneeded" DataValues 😞
for example barrier blocks or air
Oh I think I remember this somewhere in the changelog ..

cannot confirm, also there is no barrier 2
try again with:

/fill ~-3 ~2 ~-3 ~3 ~-3 ~3 air 0 replace barrier

barrier blocks can't have a DataValue anymore 😞

Using air with datavalue is an often used concept for mapmakers.

I also used this concept and it's really frustrating that it doesn't work anymore.
