Slime block transparency bug

I was building slime block "things", and I noticed a weird slime block rendering bug. It seems like each 16 blocks the slime block make a strange render. It only happens in altitudes that are multiple of 16 (16,32,48,64,etc), which correspond to a chunk's sections. I think is because some lighting bug between sections. Also notice the clouds render bug
