When you use a clock on a sticky piston that causes it to not be attached to the block it was holding anymore, it can duplicate slime blocks if they are lined up horizontally and nothing is below them. This has also caused blocks under redstone to be deleted by cause of the duplicated slime blocks pulling them away, but the redstone remains in a floating position.
