Wrong block breaking animation texture on ice blocks

The block brakig animation texture is darker on ice blocks than on any other block.

What I expected to happen was...:
The ice block breaking animation texture should be the same as any other block, like in pre-1.7 versions of Minecraft (Minecraft 1.6, for example)

What actually happened was...:
The ice block breaking animation was a lot darker than on any other block existing in the game.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an ice block in a Minecraft world.
2. Go into Survival Mode.
3. Try breaking the block and see what happens.
