Scrolling through server list slow and laggy.

When I click on Multiplayer, it takes at least 5-10 seconds to actually load and go into the server list. Scrolling through the server list is also really slow and laggy. For example, my curser would be way ahead of where the scroll bar is. It seems to happen the most when there's servers in the list that are still pinging, which wasn't happening before.
